Isela Chalmers

Isela Chalmers, a proud Northern Arizona University graduate, brings over 17 years of insurance experience to her role as Claims Specialist at Milam Felker. Having worked in multiple states and industries, she has a wide range of experience as an adjuster at major insurance companies, including Progressive and Farmers.

From benefits to claim closures, Isela manages documents and facilitates communication, specializing in Dental, Property & Casualty, and Commercial policies.

Outside of work, she enjoys teaching Sunday school and attending rodeos with her fiancé and three dogs. On a beautiful day, you’ll find her camping, hiking, or lounging at the lake with loved ones.
