Brett Felker is President and Partner of Milam Felker Insurance. An Odessa native and graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Brett joined the agency in 2011 as a Producer and rose to the management team in 2018.
In 2021, Brett’s expert leadership guided Milam Felker through a seamless transition of ownership, preserving its legacy as a premier independent agency. As an Advisor, Brett excels in creating customized insurance programs with a client-centric approach, driven by self-motivation and dedication.
In his spare time, Brett enjoys outdoor adventures with his wife, Paige, and their two young children, Bo and Lane. He also serves as Chairman of the Odessa Parks Foundation and is involved with the Permian Basin Rehabilitation Center. His community service underscores his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
